Hae Hae’s precise statement

The fabric used for the relevant Hae Hae inventory was certified at the date Hae Hae purchased it. Hae Hae checked this with OEKO-TEX®. Commercial certificates and supplier invoices remain confidential business records.

What Hae Hae is not claiming

• We are not claiming that the entire finished garment is currently OEKO-TEX® certified.
