Hae Hae is a Singapore baby, kidswear and family lifestyle brand.
Hae Hae owns its manufacturing facility in Batam.
Products are sewn by Hae Hae’s own team.
The main fabric is 95% bamboo and 5% spandex.
Every component used was OEKO-TEX® certified when Hae Hae purchased it. Depending on the product, components include fabric, zipper, sewing thread, elastic band, microfibre fill and size label.

Singapore and Malaysia shipping

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Singapore orders above S$60 receive free delivery.

Returns and refunds

Customers have 14 days after receiving an item to request a return.
Hae Hae provides a free return label for an eligible approved return.
There is no restocking fee.
Eligible items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customers should contact hey@haehae.co before sending a return.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
Sale items and gift cards are not returnable.
